Jim Zissopoulos is an experienced Infrastructure Specialist at LINX Cargo Care Group, focusing on cloud computing, end user computing, mobility, and network solutions since March 2017. With a long tenure at Asciano beginning in November 2003, Jim has held various roles, including Client Technology, Desktop Technical Lead, and Field Services Team Leader, gaining extensive expertise in end user solutions, video conferencing, application packaging, and cloud desktop rollouts. Prior experience includes serving as a Helpdesk Support Analyst at Patrick Corporation from November 2002 to December 2004. Jim holds a Diploma in Ebusiness Support from Spherion College, awarded in 2001.
