Andrew O'Neall

Andrew O’Neall is the founding son of the company. He is called “Boss” affectionately by the team. He steers Linx Systems’ vision and the pipeline of solutions that the company produces. He enjoys the challenge of working with complex systems and improving them. In contrast to his technical side, Andrew ultimately wants to be known as someone who can take a good group of talented individuals and help them work together as a team to create something great.

Outside of work, Andrew enjoys being a corn and soybean farmer and a high school tennis coach. He spends time traveling with his family, discovering new experiences and making friends along the way.
