Michael Koecher is currently serving as the Mechanical and Thermal Engineering Manager at Lion Energy, focusing on the design of Battery Energy Storage Systems. Prior to this role, Michael worked at VIA Motors as a Lead Thermal System Engineer and as a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer. Koecher also has experience as an Electrified Powertrain Product Development Engineer at Ford Motor Company and as a Teaching Assistant at Brigham Young University. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University.
