Prior experience includes roles at Emerson Commercial & Residential Solutions, where Ethan worked as a Forecasting Manager from June 2020 to February 2022, and as a Non Unitary Forecasting Manager and Commodity Manager-Capital from March 2011 to June 2020, focusing on contract negotiations and online auctions for capital assets. Ethan began the career as a Commodity Specialist and e-Sourcing Specialist. Ethan holds an MBA in Project Management from Wright State University, a Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology from Cleveland State University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Mount Vernon Nazarene University.
