Prior experience includes roles as an AR Specialist at NDC Technologies from June 2019 to September 2023, and multiple positions at Wright-Patt Credit Union from June 2012 to April 2019, where Jake worked as a Fraud Investigator II, Collector, Collections Clerk, and Member Experience Rep. Jake also gained early management experience as the Student Bookstore Manager at Clark State Community College from August 2007 to August 2010. Educational pursuits include ongoing studies at Franklin University since 2016 and a previous degree from Clark State College completed in 2011.
