Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Starfield and TotalCare at LION since May 2023, Nicole previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Snowball Studios Ltd., where responsibilities included reorganizing the Canadian HR department for an Animation and FX studio. As Director of Human Resources at Rabba Fine Foods, Nicole established and managed HR for multiple companies, overseeing a team supporting approximately 900 employees. Nicole's prior roles include directing HR operations at Canadiana Financial, managing HR for Paradigm Quest Inc., and providing executive support at Ronald A. Chisholm Limited. Nicole holds a Human Resources Management Certificate from Seneca Polytechnic and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from the University of Toronto.
