Noman Qureshi is an experienced operations leader currently serving as the Director of Operations for Starfield at LION since March 2023. Previously, Noman held various roles at Allseating from March 2012 to March 2023, including Plant Manager, Assistant Production Manager, and Quality Engineer, where responsibilities included maintaining quality metrics and managing compliance with ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards. Noman also implemented the BIFMA e3 furniture sustainability standard and contributed to continuous improvement initiatives. Earlier experience includes working as a Graduate Assistant at Arkansas State University from January 2009 to July 2010. Noman holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Arkansas State University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering from Hamdard University. Additional education was completed at Sheridan College.
