Previously, Ashleigh supported CEOs at Garden City Equity and Verge Genomics, demonstrating expertise in calendar management, fundraising logistics, and recruitment processes. Ashleigh's earlier role as Director of Operations at PCH Holdings Group, LLC involved implementing governance frameworks and conducting operational assessments for acquisitions.
