Tom Smith is a seasoned professional in culinary operations and food service management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Culinary Operations at Lions Gate CCRC since June 2025. Prior to this role, Tom held the position of Senior Director of Dietary Services at Morrison Living from March 2022 to July 2025 and served as the Director of Nutrition Services at Metz Culinary Management from 2018 to 2019. Additional experience includes leadership roles at Flik Hospitality Group, Culinary Services Group, and Five Star Quality Care, focusing on budgeting, forecasting, inventory control, and menu development across various sectors including hospitals, schools, and prisons. Tom holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Widener University, obtained between 1996 and 2000.
