Currently serving as the Consumer Marketing Lead for Arabia at LIPTON Teas and Infusions, Arindam oversees a team focused on expanding the market for various tea brands across six countries. Prior to this role, Arindam worked as a Marketing Manager at Unilever, managing iconic brands in the coffee and nutrition sectors, where leadership in brand strategy contributed to significant revenue growth. Arindam also engages in academia as a part-time guest lecturer in marketing at several top Indian business schools. With an educational background in Business Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor’s in Industrial Engineering from Jadavpur University, Arindam combines technical expertise with strong marketing acumen.
