Tiffany S. Lee

Tiffany S. Lee serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Liquid Death since May 2023, while also holding the position of Board Member (USA) at T & T Supermarket. Previously, Tiffany was an Advisor and Outside Counsel for Left On Friday from November 2018 to August 2023 and served as General Counsel, Head of Investor Relations, and Corporate Secretary at Thrive Market from May 2018 to April 2023. Additional experience includes roles as Vice President, Head of Legal & Investor Relations, Senior Corporate Counsel, and Lecturer in Law at Loyola Law School. Prior positions include Associate Counsel at The Wonderful Company, Associate at Latham & Watkins, Judicial Law Clerk at the United States District Court, Central District of California, and Summer Associate at O'Melveny & Myers LLP. Tiffany's career began at Starbucks Coffee Company as Divisional Marketing Manager and Regional Marketing Specialist. Educational qualifications include a BBA in Marketing and International Business from Queen's University and a Juris Doctorate, cum laude, in Corporate Law and Business Litigation from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles.
