Charles McMillan

Charles McMillan is a seasoned leader with over 35 years of experience in national laboratories, primarily at Los Alamos National Laboratory and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. McMillan served as the Director and CEO of Los Alamos, overseeing a $2.5 billion national security science laboratory and a workforce of over 10,000. Notably, McMillan led the Weapons Program, integrating physics and engineering design, and was instrumental in the creation of high-impact experiments and advanced computing technologies.
