Fanice Gitahi

Fanice Gitahi currently serves as the Global Ambassador for the Global Council for Responsible AI Kenya Chapter (Africa) since May 2025. At Liquid Intelligent Technologies, Fanice has held the position of Group Cloud Platform Support Specialist - Team Lead since June 2019, focusing on issue resolution and collaboration with stakeholders. Previously, Fanice worked as a Microsoft Channel Support Assistant, providing training and support to channel partners. Prior experience includes a Microsoft Channel Intern role at Liquid Telecom Kenya, where contributions were made to presales support and cloud partner management, as well as attachments at the Ministry of Information, Communications and Technology, and Next Technologies Limited, where technical support and network installation tasks were performed. Fanice holds an MSc in Information Security and Digital Forensics from the University of East London and a BSc in Information Technology from Karatina University.
