Thembisile Semaushu is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Senior Manager of HR Operations at Liquid Intelligent Technologies since April 2021, Thembisile leads all HR operations and employee wellness initiatives while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives. Previously held the position of Acting Head of HR, overseeing the full HR function and departmental managers. As Co-Founder and Director of Bongisile Holdings since June 2019, Thembisile specializes in outsourced services and consulting. Experience at Rennies Travel includes roles as HR & Transformation Director, driving HR strategy and transformation initiatives, and as National HR Manager, focusing on human capital optimization. Earlier roles include HR Consultant at Rennies BCD Travel, HR Co-ordinator at Hilton Sandton, and Training Co-ordinator at Edcon. Thembisile holds an Executive Development Programme certificate from GIBS Business School and a Bachelor's Degree in Management and Economics from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
