Erica Green

Erica Green is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at LiquidSpace, Erica has demonstrated a strong ability to manage high-value enterprise clients, achieving notable revenue growth and customer retention. Prior to this role, Erica held various positions at MURAL, including Senior Manager of Collaboration Coaches and Manager of Collaboration Coaches, where significant contributions were made in building and scaling customer success programs. From January 2015 to March 2019, Erica was with CardTapp as a Senior Customer Success Manager/Team Lead, leading a team to enhance customer experiences and retention strategies. Earlier in Erica's career, Erica worked as a Lead Teacher at Junior Junction Day School. Erica holds an Associate of Arts degree in Education from Highline College.
