Dave Shen

Dave Shen serves as the Sr Director of Digital Commerce Technology at LCBO since August 2023, leading B2C technology teams. Previously, as Vice President and Head of Technology for McCann Worldgroup Canada, Dave oversaw innovation and product management across major ecosystems. At Media.Monks, Dave directed technology platforms consulting for the Americas. Dave held the position of Head of Strategic Innovations & Programs at BMO Financial Group, focusing on enterprise digital strategy and marketing innovation. Earlier experience includes directing business technology at Aeroplan and managing mobile and interactive development at Carlson Marketing. Dave holds an MBA in Information Systems from Dalhousie University and a B.Sc. in Computer Science from Western University.
