Nathan Knott

Nathan Knott is an HR Business Partner at LCBO since February 2019, responsible for developing effective relationships with client groups to integrate HR strategies and support business needs. Previously served as a Senior Human Resources Manager, providing strategic HR advice, managing a team, and representing LCBO in grievance hearings. As a Human Resources Advisor, Nathan enhanced management capabilities and participated in the employee life cycle processes. Prior experience includes a role as Labour & Employee Relations Advisor at Hydro Ottawa, focusing on collective bargaining, labour relations, employee relations, compensation, and talent management. Nathan holds a Master of Industrial Relations from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours in Labour Studies/Political Science from Laurentian University.
