Nitin Sood

Nitin Sood is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in data management, engineering, and application integration. Currently serving as the Director of Data and Shared Services at LCBO since November 2021, Nitin oversees teams responsible for critical capabilities in data engineering, analytics, and business analysis. Previously, Nitin held the position of Director of Engineering at Grant Thornton LLP, where responsibilities included establishing a DevOps organization focused on cloud-based software solutions and optimizing development operations. Nitin's career also includes roles at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where oversight of privileged financial data security was a key accountability, and GE, where high-performing teams were developed to deliver finance technology solutions. Early in the professional journey, Nitin served as a project manager and consultant at ADT and Tata Consultancy Services, respectively. Nitin holds a Bachelor of Engineering with Honors in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
