Grace Lei

Grace Lei serves as the Executive Vice President at LITEON Technology since January 2025 and holds positions as an Independent Director at CDIB Capital International Corporation and on the Board of Directors at Atrust Computer Corp, which specializes in VDI endpoint solutions. Previously, Grace held leadership roles at XRSPACE as President and Chief Operating Officer, Senior Vice President at Nan Shan Life Insurance Co., Ltd, and was a Board Director at Chunghwa Telecom, the largest mobile telecom provider in Taiwan. Grace's extensive background includes serving as EVP and Chief Operating Officer at Gogoro, overseeing operations across various functions, and as Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary at HTC, where notable achievements include managing multi-national IP litigations. Grace co-founded Winkler Partners, Taiwan's first local and foreign partnership law firm, and was Managing Partner at Tsai, Lee & Chen. Academic qualifications include a Master of Laws (LLM) in M&A and international commercial laws from the University of Pennsylvania and two LLM degrees from National Taiwan University, one focused on Intellectual Property Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB).
