Susan Godon

Susan Godon is Literacy Minnesota's Development Director. Prior to Literacy Minnesota, Susan most recently worked as Development Director at Summit Academy OIC in North Minneapolis. Before that, she spent eight years with Greater Twin Cities United Way in foundation relations, leadership giving and coordinating workplace giving campaigns. While at United Way, Susan attained the designation of CFRE (Certified Fund Raising Executive), a credential that requires extensive knowledge of all aspects of fundraising. A graduate of Georgetown University, Susan’s background also includes several years as a volunteer and manager of an ESL tutoring program in Washington, D.C.
