Spencer Smith

Spencer Smith currently serves as Fixed Operations Director at Lithia & Driveway since August 2023. Prior to this role, Spencer spent nearly 16 years at Penske Automotive Group in various positions, including Service Manager and Technical Service Manager, focusing on efficient service department operations, staffing, and employee and customer retention. Spencer began a career in the automotive industry as a BMW Master Technician at Chapman Automotive from November 2005 to August 2007.
