Rick Caldwell

Rick Caldwell, STSC, currently serves as Workers' Compensation Claim Manager and Territory Safety Lead at Lithko Contracting, LLC, overseeing safety processes in Raleigh, NC since May 2018. Previous experience includes roles at PC Construction Company as Fabrication Manager and Construction Manager, and technical sales and EHS coordination at Godwin Pumps, a Xylem Brand. Rick has also held superintendent positions at The Walsh Group and Western Summit Constructors Inc., as well as a foreman role at Eugene Sand and Gravel, accumulating extensive experience in various construction disciplines. Prior to this, Rick served as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps, gaining valuable skills in discipline and teamwork. Education was pursued at Lane Community College from 1992 to 1994.
