Roland Fischer is the Head of Software Innovation at Lithoz GmbH since January 2022 and previously served as a Software Development Engineer. Prior experience includes working as a Development Engineer at plasmo Industrietechnik GmbH, focusing on quality assurance systems for 3D metal printing and laser welding. Roland Fischer also held the position of Research Assistant at the MR Centre of Excellence, Medical University of Vienna, where work involved developing a navigation aid for coil positioning with 3D visualization in Qt. Additional experience includes teaching at the Technical University of Vienna and internships at EBG MedAustron GmbH, simulating particle dynamics, and Bosch Engineering GmbH, automating analysis in gas valve research. Roland Fischer holds a Master of Science in Technical Physics from Technische Universität Wien and a Matura in Electronics and Informatics from HTL Steyr.
