Gedas Miklovas

Gedas Miklovas is an experienced professional in production management and operations, currently serving as General Manager and previously as Production Manager at Littelfuse since December 2018. In this role, Gedas oversees the entire production organization, driving productivity improvements through systematic changes and Lean activities, while managing a team of 8 direct reports. Prior experience includes serving as Production Shift Manager at Mars from March 2012 to December 2018, where responsibilities encompassed process optimization, organizational coordination, and participation in project activities, along with managing the 5S methodology and Lean tools. Gedas also held the position of Import Export Manager at AZ-Pack from December 2010 to March 2012, focusing on material purchasing and export sales strategies. Gedas holds a Master's Degree in Environmental Engineering from Kaunas University of Technology and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics from Vilnius University.
