Andy Abbajay

Andy Abbajay is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the restaurant and food service industry. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Wild Eggs since January 2023, Abbajay leads a contemporary breakfast, brunch, and lunch restaurant based in Louisville, Kentucky. As a franchisee of Little Caesars Pizza since February 2019, Abbajay oversees 45 locations across multiple cities in Michigan and Minnesota. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer at American Pizza Company (Pizza Hut), Chief Operating Officer at Dickey's Barbecue Restaurants, Inc., Vice President of Operations at Sbarro, and Chief Operating Officer at Back Yard Burgers. Abbajay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from Nova Southeastern University.
