Lucy Nicholls

Lucy Nicholls has over 18 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Senior Recruitment & Talent Manager at Little Dot Studios since May 2021, Lucy has previously held multiple roles there, including Recruitment Manager and Talent Acquisition Partner. Prior to this, Lucy worked at Sodexo from November 2010 to September 2020 as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, focusing on the Education, Healthcare, and Defence sectors, and as Resourcing Lead for Schools & Universities, overseeing the recruitment cycle for related roles. Earlier in the career, Lucy contributed to OCS Group UK as Resourcing Coordinator and Recruitment Administrator from August 2006 to November 2010. Lucy holds a BA/BSc (Hons) in Media & Communication with American Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University and a BTEC National Diploma in Media Studies with Sound & Radio Production from Lewisham College.
