Małgorzata Dominguez

Małgorzata (Margaret) Dominguez is an experienced food safety professional with extensive expertise in the food industry. Currently serving as the Vice President of FSQA and Safety at Little Leaf Farms since June 2025, Małgorzata has held several senior roles, including Vice President of Food Safety and Compliance at Soli Organic from January 2021 to June 2025 and National Director for Food Safety and Compliance at Shenandoah Growers, Inc. from July 2017 to January 2021. Prior positions include National Food Safety Manager and various roles at Kellogg Company, as well as quality assurance positions at Fair Oaks Farms, LLC, and Belmont Sausage Company. Małgorzata holds a Master of Science in Food Safety and Technology from Illinois Institute of Technology and a Master of Science in Food Science and Technology from SGGW.
