Colleen Russo has a diverse work experience in the education and child care industry. Colleen began their career in 2011 as a Director at YMCA of Greater Boston, where they held a leadership position for three years. In 2014, they joined KinderCare as an Assistant Director, contributing to the management and operation of the organization until 2020. During this time, they also gained expertise as a Center Director at Knowledge Beginnings from 2016 to 2020. Currently, Colleen works at Little Sprouts, LLC as a Talent Acquisition Specialist. Throughout their career, they have acquired valuable skills and knowledge in various aspects of the childcare industry.
Colleen Russo attended Assumption University from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English and Education. In addition to their degree, they also acquired a LeverTRM Administrator certification from Lever in February 2023.
