Lashawn Wilkerson

LaShawn Wilkerson is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently serving as Human Resources Manager at Littler since January 2022, LaShawn provides expertise in employee relations, recruiting, performance management, and compliance. Prior to this position, LaShawn held the same title at Gensler from August 2016 to July 2021, focusing on diversity and inclusion initiatives and consulting on recruitment efforts. Earlier experience includes roles as Human Resources Coordinator and Assistant at NCSA Athletic Recruiting, where responsibilities encompassed maintaining HR files, processing employment verifications, and coordinating training activities. LaShawn began the HR career as a Human Resources Intern at the Forest Preserve District of Cook County.
