Reachel Jennings Beichley

Reachel Jennings Beichley is an experienced legal and leadership professional currently serving as the Practice Group Director at Littler since November 2023. Previously, Reachel held the role of Vice President at MRIGlobal from March 2004 to April 2023, contributing to a nonprofit scientific research and development institute with significant revenue. Reachel's legal career began at Husch Blackwell as an attorney specializing in mergers and acquisitions and intellectual property licensing from August 1998 to February 2004. Prior experience also includes serving as a Judicial Law Clerk for the Missouri Court of Appeals from June 1987 to August 1998, where appellate opinions were prepared and legal research was conducted. Additionally, Reachel has a background in education as a Social Studies teacher at Hannibal High School, where engagement in extracurricular activities was also part of the role. Reachel earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia, School of Law in 1997.
