Rebecca Aragon is a seasoned attorney and shareholder at Littler, with over a decade of experience focusing on defending employers in complex wage and hour class and PAGA litigation. Notably proficient in handling cases involving meal and rest period violations, worker misclassification, and wage statement violations, Rebecca has achieved significant litigation successes, including negotiating dismissals and obtaining favorable settlements for clients in diverse industries. Previously, Rebecca served as a partner and chair of the Labor & Employment Practice at Venable LLP in Los Angeles and held positions at Parker Milliken and O'Melveny & Myers LLP, along with serving as a law clerk to Judge Terry J. Hatter, Jr. Rebecca earned a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and a B.A. in Sociology from Yale University.
