Jenifer Holland has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles within the tourism and event sectors. Beginning at the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau in September 2007 as a part-time parking cashier, Jenifer transitioned to various positions including Box Office Representative, Usher/Ticket Taker, and Coat Check attendant. In addition, Jenifer has been with the City of North Little Rock since June 2013, serving as a Senior Office Assistant and previously as Office Assistant III, demonstrating a strong commitment to providing exceptional visitor information and customer service.
