Rebecca Roling is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in customer service, training coordination, and education. Currently serving as a Destination Project Coordinator at the Little Rock Convention and Visitors Bureau since April 2023, Rebecca previously worked as a Training Department Coordinator at Veterans Lending Group from May 2020 to January 2023, where responsibilities included managing training projects for sales and operations staff. Prior roles include Customer Service Representative at First Arkansas Bank and Trust, Assistant Educator at Cabot Montessori School, and Park Operations Cast Member at Walt Disney World. Rebecca holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Arkansas State University, earned in May 2020.
