Eric Fang

Eric Fang is an experienced data professional currently serving as the Manager of Data Insights at LivCor, a Blackstone Portfolio Company, since June 2023. Prior to this role, Eric was the Engineering Manager of Data Science at ServiceChannel, where significant contributions included the development of a Decision Engine Proposal Recommendation system, a Customer Benchmarking Dashboard, and budget forecasting tools. Eric's background also includes serving as a Senior Data Analyst/Scientist at Castlight Health, focusing on a personalization engine for predicting medical conditions. Previous positions involved data mining engineering at SmartZip, where predictive models for real estate were developed, and academic roles at Clemson University, including postdoctoral research and contributions to speaker recognition technologies. Eric holds a Ph.D. and a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from Clemson University, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from NCHU.
