John Randall

John Randall currently serves as a Board Member for Ben's Ranch Foundation, Inc., focusing on connecting young individuals facing mental health challenges with nature to foster resilience. Since April 2018, John has been the Managing Director of Small Business Banking at Live Oak Bank, overseeing various lending teams and specializing in SBA general lending and business acquisitions. John has held multiple leadership positions within Live Oak Bank, including SVP roles and has a rich history in SBA lending, achieving notable milestones during tenure at Wells Fargo. John is an active member of several professional organizations, including NAGGL and IBBA, and has contributed to industry events as a speaker and educator. John earned a BS in Agribusiness Management from Purdue University.
