Geeta Verma

Geeta Verma is a leading educator and entrepreneur currently serving as the Founder of LivedX, a platform that uses Machine Learning technology to convert everyday life experiences into recognized credentials. Verma's academic career includes a position as Full Professor and former Associate Professor at the University of Colorado Denver, where work in science education has been significant. As co-Editor in Chief of the Journal of Science Teacher Education, Verma has contributed to advancing science teacher education on a global scale. Previous academic roles include Assistant/Associate Professor at Georgia State University and Assistant Professor at Loyola University Chicago, along with early teaching experience as a Biology Teacher at The Shri Ram School. Geeta Verma earned a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction (Science Education) from Kent State University and has multiple degrees from Delhi University, including a Master of Education in Science Education and a Bachelor of Education in Science Education and Curriculum Development.
