Rushabh Shah

Rushabh Shah is an experienced Solutions Architect Team Lead at LivePerson, preceded by roles as Solutions Architect and Solutions Engineer III. With a background in developing chatbots utilizing natural language understanding (NLU) and natural language processing (NLP), Rushabh has expertise with platforms such as Azure, Microsoft Bot Framework, Google Dialogflow, and Amazon Lex.
