Shirley Anderson

Shirley Anderson is currently a board member at Liverpool John Moores University. Prior to that, they were the Chief Human Resources Officer at NSG Pilkington from July 2005 to March 2019. In that role, they were responsible for the people agenda with the global Strategic Business Unit leaders and heads of global functions. Shirley reported into the CFO and had a dotted reporting line to the COO. NSG Pilkington employs 32,000 people in 4 continents.

Before joining NSG Pilkington, Shirley was with Willowbrook Hospice where they gained extensive experience in human resources. Shirley has used their knowledge and experience to help shape the policies and procedures at Liverpool John Moores University.
