Rob Jones

Rob Jones is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in healthcare administration and customer success. Currently serving as a Customer Success Manager and Implementation Project Manager at LiveView Technologies since March 2023, Rob previously held key administrative roles at South Valley Ear Nose & Throat and the Arthritis Clinic of Central Utah, where responsibilities included overseeing daily operations and managing HR, patient satisfaction, and financials. Earlier experience includes managing revenue cycle and surgery scheduling at the National Sinus Institute and directing operations across multiple clinic locations at Excel Eye Center. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and Spanish from Utah Valley University, an MBA from Western Governors University, and an Associate of Science in General Studies from Utah Valley University.
