James Pellikaan

James Pellikaan is an experienced professional currently serving as a Portfolio Solutions Engineer at NICE since January 2024. Prior to this, James held multiple senior roles at LiveVox, including Senior Sales Engineer - Digital Specialist and Senior Business Consultant. James founded Pellikaan Consulting, where the role of President was undertaken from May 2017 to May 2021. Additional experience includes positions such as Director of Accounts Receivables Management at W.S. Badcock Corporation, General Manager at Venture Financial Services Inc. and Fresh View Solutions, and various management roles across several companies including NCO Group and West Asset Management. James earned a BSBA in Marketing and Management from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and attended the University of Missouri-Columbia.
