Noah Ayers has a diverse background in both educational and professional settings, holding a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Michigan. Current roles include Job Coach and Registered Behavior Technician at the Living and Learning Enrichment Center, alongside previous experience as a Direct Care Staff member at Community Alliance. While at the University of Michigan, Noah served as a Research Laboratory Manager and Research Assistant, contributing to the development of the lab's website, facilitating meetings, and conducting literature reviews. Additional experience includes a position at the University of Michigan Health System Children's Center and as a Retail Manager at Nu2u Resale Shop. Noah’s education journey also includes a Liberal Arts Transfer degree from Washtenaw Community College and a High School Diploma from Saline High School.
