Irfan Firmansyah is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital strategy, marketing, and product development across various industries. Currently serving as VP of Portfolio Strategy at Living Lab Ventures and Head of Digital Strategy at Sinar Mas Land, Irfan focuses on enhancing business processes through digital initiatives and leading cross-functional teams for successful project execution. Previously, as CEO of OneSmile, Irfan oversaw the largest residential community app in Indonesia, implementing notable AI projects in collaboration with Microsoft. Irfan's prior roles include Head of Growth at Vidio and various leadership positions at PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk, Grab, Tokopedia, and Bank Mandiri, where Irfan contributed significantly to customer loyalty and digital adoption strategies. Irfan holds a Master of Science in Marketing from Wageningen University & Research and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Science from Universitas Padjadjaran.
