Akshay Bharadwaj Paramkusham is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in business partnering and talent management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Business Partner - Lead at Livspace since March 2023, Akshay previously held the role of Human Resources Business Partner at Simandhar Education from July 2021 to March 2023, managing end-to-end business partnering activities, performance, and compliance management. Prior to that, Akshay gained valuable experience as a Senior HR Associate and Human Resources Associate at Wonder Herbals, focusing on recruitment and performance management system integration.
