Maria Obispo

Maria Obispo is a seasoned professional in talent engagement and digital communication with over a decade of experience at LLYC, where Maria currently serves as Global Lead People & Culture, holding various titles including Directora Senior de Talent Engagement and Directora del área digital. Maria has also contributed to academia as a guest professor at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and Universidad Complutense de Madrid, focusing on digital communication strategy and marketing management. Prior to LLYC, Maria worked at Diximedia in online marketing, Cisne Aseguradora in press relations, and Vocento in communication support during the company's IPO. Maria holds a Licenciatura in Journalism from the University of Navarra and completed a Programa de Desarrollo Directivo at IESE Business School.
