Andrew Gaucher

Andrew Gaucher, CIP, currently serves as the Unit Manager and Team Lead for Technical Risk Solutions at Lloyd Sadd, where employment began in June 2022. Prior experience includes roles as an Associate Broker Lead and Broker Assistant at the same firm. Prior to Lloyd Sadd, Andrew worked at Wawanesa Insurance as a Claims Adjuster specializing in automobile fire and theft from August 2019 to May 2022, and at the Alberta Motor Association as an Automobile Claims Adjuster and Insurance Agent from October 2015 to August 2019. Earlier career experience includes serving as a Community Peace Officer and Security Officer with the Corps Of Commissionnaires from June 2012 to October 2015. Educational credentials encompass ongoing professional development in leadership at MacEwan University, completion of various courses through the Insurance Institute of Canada, and a Workplace Mental Health Leadership Certificate from Queen's University, all complemented by a diploma in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Medicine Hat College.
