Caroline Speechley

Caroline Speechley is an experienced professional in IT sourcing and procurement, currently serving as a Senior IT Sourcing Manager for Projects at Lloyds Banking Group since October 2020. Previously, Caroline held various roles at Lloyds Banking Group, including Commercial Project Manager, where a significant project was delivered under pressure. Prior experience includes serving as a Consultancy Procurement Manager at HSBC and holding interim positions at Direct Line Group, where responsibilities included managing Human Resources procurement, as well as multiple roles in consultancy and category management across leading organizations like HSBC, Citi, and Daimler Chrysler.
