Jackie Leiper

Jackie Leiper is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the financial services industry, currently serving as the Chief Customer & Distribution Officer at Lloyds Banking Group since May 2017. In this role, Jackie oversees multiple business areas including P&L accountability for the Retirement Account business and Halifax Share Dealing business. Previously, Jackie held several key positions within Lloyds Banking Group, including Director of Employer Relationships and Head of Operations for Life, Pensions & Investments. Additional experience includes CEO of Embark Group, where Jackie led long-term strategy development, and various management roles at Prudential UK and Capita Life & Pensions focused on operational management and customer service. Jackie is also a Trustee of the Bank of Scotland Foundation, contributing to local charitable initiatives since 2010.
