Matt Hines

Matt Hines is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic finance and project management. Currently serving as the Head of Finance Strategy & Community at Lloyds Banking Group since May 2013, Matt has also held the position of Head of Commercial Banking Finance COO and Finance Initiatives. Prior roles include serving as SVP Project Manager for Cross Product Initiatives at Lehman Brothers, VP Tactical Initiatives at Dresdner Kleinwort, and AVP Operations Control at Barclays Capital, where management of tactical initiatives and project support was key. Matt began their career in finance at Deutsche Bank, focusing on credit risk portfolio reporting for senior management.
