Rebecca Bates is an experienced Learning Design Consultant at Lloyds Banking Group since January 2023, previously serving as a Front Line Coach at Lex Autolease from April 2017 to January 2023. Rebecca gained valuable project management experience as Project Lead for the 'Quote Match Back' initiative at Arval - BNP Paribas Group, contributing to the successful transfer of vehicle orders and process design.
