Adam Ouanssaidi

Adam Ouanssaidi currently serves as the Patient Support Team Leader at LloydsDirect, a position held since March 2020, and previously held the role of Team Supervisor. Prior to this, Adam worked at Secure Parking (UK) from October 2013 to February 2020 as a Supervisor, managing an award-winning car park at one of Europe's largest shopping centers and assisting the Duty Manager. Adam's earlier experience includes working as a Head Waiter/Bartender at Ukai Sushi, where responsibilities involved maintaining cleanliness and delivering outstanding customer service, as well as serving as a Customer Contact Agent for Merlin Entertainments plc, focusing on customer service and managing bookings. Adam holds a Foundation degree in media, communications, and journalism from London Metropolitan University.
